…or birthday, depending on how you look at it.

At any rate, it was one year ago today that I started my little blog, and even I am amazed at the volume of writing I have wrought. I didn’t expect to have that much to say, and I really didn’t expect to enjoy it so much. Yeah, there have been a few moments that haven’t been all sugar and spice, but I stood by my original intent: to write to be read, and allow others to comment on that writing. I’m pleased to say that I haven’t had to delete anyone’s posts, and that the dialogue here at The Mig Spot has been largely polite and intelligent and amazingly free of spam.

So thanks, all you readers who’ve stuck with me through the first year. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading as much as I’ve enjoyed writing, and will check in occasionally as I start my next year. Happy First Year, Mig Spot!
